Biography
Mr. Pilgrim is a Construction Inspector with AKM Consulting Engineers, and has over 27 years of experience in the water, recycled water, and wastewater field. Previously, Jason worked for Irvine Ranch Water District where he was Assistant Manager for the Inspection Group. He has participated in the construction, inspection, implementation and management of numerous operational, rehabilitation, and capital improvement projects.
