Biography

Mr. Volz has over 33 years of experience in the design and project management of storm water conveyance facilities. Mr. Volz worked in a variety of positions at the Orange County Public Works Department including: Design, Santa Ana River, Watersheds, Project Management and Regulatory Permits.  He has designed and/or project managed many flood control projects all over Orange County in his 33 years at the County.  He worked closely with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regarding Watershed Feasibility Studies.
